The requirement from the client

CheckUp Health wanted to develop a hybrid multilingual care delivery platform. Clinicians and professionals for GP practices across the UK can provide patients access to real-time appointments, update health records, manage long-term conditions, and order prescriptions.

Solution provided by HMMBiz

We developed a mobile application (iOS & Android) and a web app for patients to register and book appointments. Patients can also view doctor consultation notes, record vitals like BP, Glucose measurements and get custom pop-ups basis their medical conditions.

We developed an admin panel for Doctors & Clinical admin staff to manage appointments (accept, reject, triage) and provide audio/video consultations to patients from any location.

Now CheckUp Health offers a convenient, complete digital solution with inbuilt flexible functionality that is effective in helping GP Practices and organisations improve patient outcomes.
